PCB Designing & Fabrication
PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is a thin board of fibreglass or laminated material in which self-contained interconnected electronic components are found. It electrically connects and mechanically supports all the electrical components. It is done by using conductive tracks or through the laminated copper sheets.
About the Course
This course introduce students to the process, tools and methodology of the PCB layout design. During the course students will develop basic skills in the use of modern PCB layout design software and techniques. Schematics, printed circuit board layouts, symbols, and wiring diagrams will be produced on PC workstation; terminology and the manufacturing process of printed circuit boards will be covered.Course Duration
Duration of this course is 4 weeks with classes being held 2 sessions per week. In some cases 2 session are combined into one for convenience of students. Training per weeks consists of about 3 hours instructor-led training combined with self-practice for a total of about 6-7 hours per week. Tuition fee for the course is about Rs.4500 and includes:- 1. 4-5 weeks of instructor-led class room, or online, and hands-on training
- 2. Extensive class notes
- 3. Certifications
By the end of the training, you will inculcate the following skills:
- Identify how to select the components for the circuit design
- Understand circuit design process and different machines used for designing
- Differentiate between different types of PCB
- Detailed knowledge about Schematic
- Design, place items, edit the layout and also troubleshoot errors there
- Etching process for final PCB
- Hands-on CAD software’s for PCB
