Impact of Industrial training on students

In improving the student’s abilities for a professional career, industrial training plays a significant role. It is not enough to obtain theoretical knowledge, students should also know how to use it in the true word, they will have the opportunity to comprehend the practical implementation of their educational program, work with experts and create networks with industry experts.  Students often depend on their degree based Syllabus but have Lacked on their practical understanding.  Until and unless they get used to the experience, they will not have confidence in their interview.  So a Few years back  MAKAUT Syllabus has recommended the compulsory industrial training program in the 3rd-year sixth semester. That is why every student of 3rd year engineering students do the Summer Training program in the month of June July. But it should be compulsory not only for 3rd-year students it should be compulsory from 1st year to 4th Year itself. Furthermore, other organized industrial projects within the engineering curriculum are needed to reinforce students practical abilities. For that purpose, students should participate in the Internship program offered by a different company to acquire the knowledge of the Live project. That training is useful to learners is the conclusive reality. It shows that the program’s’ private attitude, “communication skills” and working attitude have enhanced considerably. The experience acquired from training sharpens the student’s company skills and opens the doors to better job opportunities.
