Thank for buying your our courses. We ensure that our users have a rewarding experience while they discover, access and purchase our courses, whether it is an instructor-led or self-placed training.

As with any online purchase experience, there are terms and conditions that governs the Refund Policy. When you buy a training course on OgmaTechLab, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and refund policy.

Cancellation & Refunds: Industrial Vocational Training

Students can raise cancellations policy with 7 days of training commencing date, but students is void to get the refund of Registration amount been paid. If any students have paid the full amount of any course then in that case, 25% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest amount will be return back within 30 days after request for the refund.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

OgmaTechLab, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure event (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)

In case OgmaTechLab cancel an event, 100% refund will be paid to delegate

If a cancellation is done by delegate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 25% of the total paid fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to delegate.

Refund is void against any claim for the registration amount that been paid.

If any cancellations is done by commencing 1 day class, no refunds will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate payment

Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method payment) in 30 working days post initiation by the customer.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 working days after the refund request is approved by Ogma TechLab.
